My photography is influenced by the places I have lived - historic, decaying buildings of Memphis - my home town, the gray of Germany, the vast desert of Arizona and the jungle mist of Honduras. The subjects I prefer are cityscapes, including modern architecture, as well as decaying structures. I think black and white adds mystery to the photos and allows the viewer to use their own imagination when viewing my work. There is a history, a story, in each photo - stories which are held in the broken stones, faded paint, broken concrete. This work represents my deep passion for black and white photography. Currently residing in Benson, Az.
